See also the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service.
06Information about our clients' customers
When we run review requests, missed-call text-back, or follow-up on behalf of a client, we process that client's customer information as a service provider acting on the client's instructions. The client is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact their customers. We use that information only to deliver the contracted services and never for our own marketing.
If you received a message from one of our clients and have questions, please contact that business directly, or reply STOP to stop receiving texts from them.
08Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no more than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client account records are kept for the life of the account and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are retained as required by carrier and legal rules so we can honor your choices.
09Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop marketing communications, by emailing [PLACEHOLDER SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
