These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hometownbooked.com and the marketing services provided by [PLACEHOLDER LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], LLC (doing business as HometownBooked, "HometownBooked," "we," "us"). By using our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. A signed service agreement, if any, controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
01Our services
HometownBooked provides marketing and communication automation for home-service businesses, including missed-call text-back, review-request automation, Google Business Profile management, lead follow-up, booking pages, websites, and advertising management, as described on our pricing page and in your order.
We may use third-party platforms (for example, a CRM and messaging platform, hosting providers, and Google services) to deliver the services. Those platforms have their own terms, which may apply to features you use through us.
02Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Month to month. Monthly plans renew automatically each month and are billed in advance to the payment method on file. There is no long-term contract unless you choose one.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel by email or text at least one business day before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months.
- Setup fees and other one-time add-ons are due up front and are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Growth commitment option. If you choose the 6-month commitment that waives the 1-page website setup fee and cancel before the 6th billing cycle, the waived fee ($497) becomes due.
- Ad spend for Local Services Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms is paid by you directly to the platform and is separate from our fees.
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal.
03Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
- Confirm you have authority over the business phone number, Google Business Profile, website, and ad accounts you ask us to manage.
- Only ask us to contact customers you have a lawful basis to contact. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to text or email your customers (for example, for review requests), and for honoring opt-outs.
- Review and approve message templates before they go live, and tell us promptly if something needs to change.
- Comply with applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, California consumer protection laws, and Google's policies.
